Apply Kajal Eyeliner in Noir in the shape of a wing and then 
blend to smoke out using eyeshadow shade #4. 

Using Little Black Liner, apply in the inner corner to create a siren eye. 

Define top and lower lashes with Turbo Lash Mascara. 

Cheeks

Apply Pure Color Envy Blush in 480 Spiked Berry. Start on the center
of the cheeks and blend to the highest point of the cheekbone.

Lips
